our origin story

William Simko has been in home improvement and contracting since 2003, when he was 18. His very first company was installing holiday lighting here in Orange County, CA. Through the ups and downs of life and 4 kids later, Simko Builders was born.

Will found a surprising niche pretty early on. He kept getting calls to repair other contractor’s failed work (and we still do to this day). Since our beginnings focused so often on repairs, when he started Simko Builders in 2022, he committed to not repeating the same mistakes that we were always fixing. This translates to higher quality products, higher skilled tradesmen, and the approach to client relationships that we have all come to expect from the professionals that service our homes.

With a passion for the process, dedication to craftsmanship, and commitment to communication, Simko Builders works with some of the best craftsman in Orange County. Our attention to usability along with a relentless focus on quality control has fueled our reputation for building premium luxury spaces for our clients’ homes.
